Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: • Proactively identify and generate potential clients through various channels such as online research, social media, email campaigns, and networking events. • Conduct in-depth market research to identify key target industries, verticals, and niches for business development opportunities.
Sales and Client Acquisition: • Establish initial contact with leads, effectively communicate our agency's services, and schedule meetings with decision-makers to present tailored solutions. • Create and deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations highlighting our agency's strengths and unique selling propositions.
Sales Performance and Data Analysis: • Track, analyze, and interpret sales metrics, lead conversion rates, and marketing campaign performance to gauge the effectiveness of our strategies. • Provide insightful reports to management, offering suggestions for sales performance improvements based on data-driven evidence.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis: • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements: • No prior experience required. However, two months - 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, digital marketing, advertising, IT services and consulting, technology and information companies, or B2B sales would be advantageous. • Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business development. • Currently pursuing or completing a degree or certification in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field. • Highly analytical with a data-driven mindset. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong attention to detail and a keen desire to learn.
